Our Training Philosophy
As a Level IV ECP Instructor, Shannon Lilley brings a wealth of knowledge to every training session. Her philosophy centers on customized programs — because no two horses or riders are the same. Shannon’s mission is to help each partnership reach its fullest potential through thoughtful coaching, clear goals, and a supportive team environment.
Having experienced firsthand how teamwork transforms ambition into achievement, Shannon believes success is built together — rider by rider, horse by horse. With her guidance, each individual improves exponentially, and the team as a whole becomes unstoppable.

Horses in full training benefit from comprehensive, seven-day management and an individualized approach that prioritizes health and well-being. Shannon personally oversees every horse’s program, and her trusted team upholds the same exceptional standard of care while she is away competing.
Rate: $90 per day
